What is not allowed
Blasphemous, hateful or harmful subliminal requests are automatically flagged and removed. This includes affirmations directed at another person's will, content that degrades a person or group, and anything intended to be concealed from the person listening.
Sacred material
When the sacred-content option is on, affirmations are kept respectful toward religious traditions: no mockery, no rewriting of scripture, no claims of spiritual authority. If you would not say it aloud in the tradition it comes from, it does not belong in a whisper.
Honest limits
Subliminal audio is a contemplative and habit-building tool. It is not a medical treatment. It does not replace care for anxiety, depression, chronic pain or sleep disorders, and nothing here should be used instead of advice from a qualified professional.
Never on someone else
Playing subliminal audio to another person without their knowledge is a boundary violation and is not permitted here. Sessions are for the person who chose them.
